Boss Officials is the busiest,most well know recreational basketball officiating group in San Diego County.

We have been assigning  well-trained and service oriented basketball referees to adult and youth leagues and tournaments since the early 1980’s.

Our official are fair and consistent.

We recruit and train new officials year around.
